My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a dated 1930s furnishing mixed with dormitory-style 1960s décor and were small but comfortable. However, cleanliness was an issue, and the air conditioning was not working. The location, on the first floor right behind the reception, was convenient for our needs, being very central to major attractions, but surprisingly our room lacked a mezuzah. The service was exceptional, with the staff being kind, helpful, and extremely friendly, going the extra mile to guide us to cheaper parking options. The dining, while decent and plentiful, did not disappoint. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of comfort and convenience with room for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
