The location, on the first floor right behind the reception, was convenient for our needs, being very central to major attractions, but surprisingly our room lacked a mezuzah. The service was exceptional, with the staff being kind, helpful, and extremely friendly, going the extra mile to guide us to cheaper parking options. The dining, while decent and plentiful, did not disappoint. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of comfort and convenience with room for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
